Frequently Asked Questions
1) What exactly do you offer?
I create bespoke fine art that transforms a real story into a lasting visual legacy — crafted with symbolism, narrative intent, and meticulous finish. You’ll receive the final artwork digitally, and optionally as a fine art canvas with a certificate of authenticity.
2) What kind of stories do you work best with?
Stories with emotional weight: love, vows, transformation, family, celebration, renewal. If there is a meaningful “before and after” in your life, that’s where the work becomes powerful.
3) Is this only for weddings?
Weddings are a beautiful context for an unveiling, but I also create pieces for anniversaries, engagements, family portraits, tributes, and other milestone moments.
4) How do I choose the right commission level?
Ascension is for a single centerpiece artwork.
Chronicle is for an interconnected narrative (a diptych/triptych — “three acts”).
Saga is for an editorial experience: a bespoke art book plus the artwork(s).
5) How much does it cost?
Final pricing depends on scope (number of figures, complexity, level of detail, materials, format, and timeline). After your inquiry, I’ll share a precise range in the Audience.
6) How long does the process take?
For Ascension, the typical timeline is 4–6 weeks.
Chronicle/Saga projects often require 3–6 months or more, depending on scope.
If there’s a date-sensitive event, the schedule is planned with a buffer.
7) How far in advance should I book?
For weddings and key dates, I recommend booking 6–12 months in advance. If my calendar is full, you’ll be offered the next commission window.
8) How do we reserve a spot?
A commission is secured through:
proposal approval
agreement confirmation
a deposit (typically 50%) to reserve your production window
9) What if I need changes?
The process includes limited revisions at key stages — early decisions protect the final quality. Changes outside the agreed scope can be accommodated as an additional fee.
10) What's the Artist Audience?
Is a short, curated conversation designed to bring clarity and ease before we begin.
During this audience:
We enter your story: what you want to preserve, what it means to you, and the emotion the piece should carry.
We define the scope: number of protagonists, format, commission level (Signature / Collector / Legacy), and your ideal timeline.
We align aesthetics & symbolism: references, atmosphere, key details, and the visual language that feels true to you.
We confirm the process: stages, approval points, and how we protect both quality and deadlines.
We set next steps: final range, availability, and reserving your production window with a deposit.
The goal is simple: you leave with calm certainty and a clear direction—as if the first stroke has already been agreed upon.
11) What do you need from us?
The exact technical and narrative details will be discussed during the Audiences with the Artist, so I can capture the essence directly from the client’s own words. However, it’s recommended to attend the audience with the following details prepared in advance:
A brief story or intention (1–3 sentences)
Target date
Visual references (photos, wardrobe, aesthetic inspiration)
Any meaningful symbols (places, objects, vows, details)
12) Do you offer an unveiling during the event?
Yes, if the project calls for it. The final piece can be unveiled digitally or coordinated for a physical reveal at the event (depending on timeline and logistics).
13) Do you deliver a physical artwork? What’s included?
Yes. A physical delivery may include:
fine art canvas
certificate of authenticity
careful packaging + tracked/insured shipping
You’ll also receive the final digital files.
14) Do you ship internationally?
Yes — always with tracking, and insured where appropriate. Customs duties/taxes depend on the destination country and are clarified before production.
15) Can this remain private? Do you work under NDA?
Absolutely. Discretion is part of the service. NDA can be arranged, and nothing is shared publicly without explicit permission.
16) How many commissions do you accept?
A limited number per season to protect focus and craftsmanship. If my calendar is full, you may join the waiting list for the next opening.
17) Can we speak before deciding?
Yes. If your inquiry aligns with my current openings, you’ll receive an invitation to a short Audience with the Artist (10–15 minutes) to confirm vision, timeline, and next steps.
